 BASIC STEPS FOR 22000:2018 CERTIFICATION/DOCUMENTATION/TRAINING & PRESENTATION

 Payment of ISO 22000:2018 Fees: A mandatory payment for the Certification, Documentation, Training & Presentation

  1. ISO 22000:2018 Awareness Training: To help you understand what you need to do in order achieve ISO 22000:2018 (Note: We will provide this training for you at your facility or ours)
  2. Establishing the Management Systems Documented Information (Manuals, Procedures, Policies, Work Instructions etc.)
  3. Management System Implementation (Do what you planned and keep records).
  4. Internal Audit Training: To prepare your people to be audit your management system as required by the Standards. (Note: WQA Training Services can provide this training for you at your arranged facility).
  5. Measurement of Management System Effectiveness (perform Internal Audits, Monitoring of Performances, Management Review and keep records etc).
  6. Complete Enquiry Information for Certification (You will need to complete our Application Questionnaire, to enable us issue your detailed proposal)
  7. Undergo First Stage of Certification Audit: This is basically a documentation audit and will also ascertain your readiness for the Implementation Audit: Auditors will perform this process in your central facility.
  8. Undergo Second Stage (Implementation) Certification Audit (ISO Lead Auditors will assign Auditors to perform this process at your office.
  9. Certification decision based on the conclusion reached by the Auditors, decision will be taken as to your being certified or otherwise. This involves careful review off all the certification functions by defined person who are independent of the certification process.
  10. Issuance of ISO Certificate: The Certificate is presented immediately and all relevant records updated. (….and Celebration).
  11. Follow-up/Surveillance Audits (Yearly)
  12. Renewal/Revalidation/Recertification Audit (every one year and six months)
